The fine print
01A 50% deposit is required to secure your cruise slot and lock category exclusivity for that sailing. Remaining balance is due upon content delivery.
02All content is produced for brand use only. Creator retains rights unless a full rights transfer is separately agreed upon in writing.
03Each paid usage asset is delivered in three exports: 1440x2560 (9:16), 1440x1800 (4:5), and 1440x1440 (1:1).
04Final assets are delivered within 10 days of the sailing date.
05Paid usage rights allow brands to run content as ads from their own ad account. Whitelisting is a separate license that allows brands to run ads directly from the UGC at Sea creator account and is priced accordingly.
06Whitelisting is available in 60-day windows. Extensions are available at +$150 per additional 60 days.
07Raw footage is delivered unedited. Usage is limited to the terms of the package purchased unless the perpetual raw footage add-on is selected. Creator retains rights over all raw material unless a full rights transfer is agreed upon in writing.
08Videos featuring a minor's likeness cleared for commercial use require a talent fee of $200 per video. Without the talent fee, minor faces will be blurred in final deliverables. A minor talent release is required for all cleared likeness usage.
09Rush delivery (5-7 days) is subject to availability and must be confirmed at time of booking.
10Each package includes 1-2 rounds of revisions depending on tier. Additional rounds are available at $75 per round. Revisions cover pacing, trims, captions, and minor visual adjustments, not full reshoots.
11Extended paid usage and whitelisting can be purchased at any time before or after delivery.
12No performance guarantees are made. UGC at Sea delivers ad-ready content; results depend on factors outside creative control.
